DIRECTIONS FOR ADULTS:

DAY: Take up to 2 capsules daily: Ideally with food. We recommend starting with 1 capsule per day and gradually increasing to 2 capsules daily.

EVENING: Take 1 capsule an hour before bedtime with food as part of a relaxed routine or either as directed by a healthcare professional.
