DAY: Take one capsule of Perimenopause Multi-Nutrient Support in the morning and one in the afternoon, ideally with food. Avoid caffeinated drinks near the time of consumption as they can interfere with the absorption of the ingredients.
EVENING: Take one capsule of the Sleep+ Supplement, we recommend taking this with a cold drink (caffeine-free) or food as you start to wind down for the day
