During times of stress, your body’s demand for B vitamins and minerals such as magnesium can increase rapidly, and we always recommend taking a magnesium supplement (either a tablet or a spray). Ensuring a sufficient supply of these key nutrients can support the nervous system, immune system and energy factories to ‘weather the storm’ more effectively.
The addition of vitamin C and magnesium support the protection of cells from oxidative stress as well as a healthy nervous system. This comprehensive formula also contains Vitamin C, magnesium and CoEnzyme Q10 for supporting energy production and the nervous system. The hero ingredient Ashwagandha is a highly researched herb shown to support the nervous system, immune system and adrenals during stress and increase resistance to ‘burn out’.
What does Food Grown mean?
This means these supplements are extracted from real food rather than using synthetic chemical made ingredients. For example, for the vitamin C, this would be extracted from citrus fruits. This means that your body absorbs the nutrients just as they would a piece of fruit or vegetable. It is thought that naturally sourced supplements are more gentle on your body and more easily absorbed.
Who are Wild Nutrition?
Henrietta Norton is the founder and the heart of Wild Nutrition. After suffering from chronic Endometriosis and being told in her 20’s she may never be able to have a child, she turned to a nutritional therapist who specialises in female health. Today she is a mother of 3.
This support led her to grow her knowledge of nutrition to help other women manage issues relating to female health – ranging from fertility and stress to symptoms connected to the menopause. First as a nutritional practitioner in two Harley Street clinics, then as a nutrition supplement formulator for some of the biggest brands in Europe. She s always talking to women about finding better and better solutions so we can all feel better.
