What does Food Grown mean?
This means these supplements are extracted from real food- think about for example getting Vitamin C straight from a carrot . This means that your body absorbs the nutrients just as they would a piece of fruit or vegetable. It makes the process more expensive as you can expect but we believe being gentle on your body during Menopause is a good thing and you are worth it.
Who are Wild Nutrition?
Henrietta Norton is the founder and the heart of Wild Nutrition. After suffering from chronic Endometriosis and being told in her 20s she may never be able to have a child by a doctor she turned to a nutritional therapist who specialises in female health. Today she is a mother of 3.

First as a nutritional practitioner in two Harley Street clinics, then as a nutrition supplement formulator for some of the biggest brands in Europe. She s always talking to women about finding better and better solutions so we can all feel better.
