About the Journal
The second book by the team at the Blurt Foundation this book takes the persepective that self-care is a preventative action, which maintains our health and happiness, yet it so often gets put aside when other things, and people, vie for our time and attention. It’s only when life has knocked us to our knees that we realise how vitally important it is.
The journal allows you to put aside the time every day that you need to check in on your energy, mood, mind, how you are sleeping and how your body is feeling.
Inside there is a day by day diary, and a tracker ( just like in Health and Her's symptom tracker) for us to identify patterns and understand what triggers us, and look inside ourselves on a regular basis without it feeling indulgent.
This is a really useful tool for someone who is looking for a simple way to take control of their self care and limited on time during the day to invest in themselves.
