Directions for Adults:
DAY: Take one capsule of Perimenopause Multi-Nutrient Support in the morning and one in the afternoon, ideally with food. Avoid caffeinated drinks near the time of consumption as they can interfere with the absorption of the ingredients.
EVENING: Take 1 capsule an hour before bedtime with food as part of a relaxed routine or as directed by a healthcare professional.
