Yes. Our premenstrual supplements contain natural and vegan sources of vitamins and minerals and all-natural botanical herbs.
This is not recommended. Our Premenstrual Multi-Nutrient Supplement and Perimenopause Supplement both contain sources of iron, and although iron is an essential mineral, most people do not require more than the daily recommendation of 14mg. Long-term consumption of more than the recommended daily amount (NRV Nutrient Reference Value) could cause adverse health effects, and therefore it is not suitable to take both supplements together.
