💯 back to my old self again !!!

Hi I have had a big list of perimenopause symptoms that have been just getting worse over past few years especially pms which went from couple days a month to over two weeks of the month. Been to doctors blah blah usual offered me antidepressants but I wasn’t depressed, my anxiety got so extreme low mood , zero energy brain fog forgetful ness aww list goes on so started taking these over a month ago and within a week I kept waiting on pms to start but all I got was like two day beginning of my period of feeling a little low and tired just like I use to be like years ago in my 20s and 30s I’m (47) now , and instead of getting my period every 23 days I now got it on 26th day which is so much better hopefully go back to every 28 days , I was getting hot flashes now and then but not often so I haven’t had any from taking these so for me after over a month I’m absolutely delighted to be back to myself again enjoying my life thank god !!!

Flashes are gone

I started taking these in September. My hot flashes were getting out of control and really starting to ruin my life. Within one month they had stopped completely. Brain fog also not as bad and I’m not as exhausted. I have been taking the supplements for 3 months now and I love them. I would definitely recommend to anyone

Changed my life

These supplements have changed my life, my brain fog is less, I now sleep every night whereas before 3-4hrs if I was lucky. My aches and pains have lessened and a big one is I now only get light aches instead of bad cramps when I’m having my period! Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking these for a couple of months now and I’m really feeling better. I’ve now recently begun to take a medication from my doctor and was told I mustn’t take any potassium supplements. P,ease can I check to see if these contain any potassium. Thank you.

I have only been talking these for 10 days and I must admit I did think these are a bit expensive but my goodness I'm already sleeping better my flushes have reduced greatly and I honestly feel more like my old self . Highly recommend to anyone . And there worth every penny.

Is it best to take 2 capsules of the Health & Her Perimenopause Supplement at once, or 1 cap twice per day?

1 cap twice per day, with food, is preferable but please take both together if this is easiest for you. It is better to take two together rather than not at all!

Can I take the Health & Her Perimenopause Supplement alongside other vitamins?

Yes. Be mindful that 14 mg of iron is the suggested daily amount – avoid taking more than this in one day unless otherwise advised by a health professional.
