Is it best to take 2 capsules of the Health & Her Intimacy+ supplement at once, or 1 x 2 a day?

2 capsules when desired is preferable; to consume the suggested dose in one serving. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours.

Do I need to take Health & Her Intimacy+ Supplement every day?

We suggest you take this supplement every day. Whilst some nutrients are absorbed and can take effect quickly, others, particularly herbs, will have an accumulative effect over time.
