Intimacy

I have recently started taking these supplements. At 47, still bleeding every month, I started to get quite dry and sore during ***, from out of nowhere. I then started to worry more which I think didn't help either so I looked for these and thought lets give it a try. I have been taking them for three weeks and I can now finally enjoy *** again and my husband is grateful too!

Going to try taking day 4-14 of cycle

Having started these a week ago during my luteal phase, I've found they have delayed the onset of my period. That said, after a few days I did notice positive libido effects. Upon researching, tribulus can cause irregular cycles and encourages FSH production, so some use it in the follicular phase only. I'm going to try this and will re-review later. Some information on the product page about how the main ingredients can affect menstrual cycles, and different possible dosage schedules re menstrual phase would be great.

These cured my hormonal vaginal itching and dryness when I stopped breastfeeding 6 months PP. nothing prescribed by a doctor worked but these did 😊
