Great tablets

Fantastic product!
I had an awful brain fog, memory was equally bad not to mention concentration.
Started taking them and everything improved!
I now use them on regular basis.

I feel like “me” again!

After going back and forth to the GP many (many, many) times and being told there was nothing wrong with me (bloods all ok etc…) I was getting down about all the symptoms I had and my anxiety was through the roof! I saw these on the Holland and Barratt website and had seen people recommending them for perimenopausal symptoms, so thought “stuff it, let’s give them a try”. Now, I’m a very sceptical about trying new things but I have to say these so far have blown me away! After 1 day (yes, 1 day!) I felt so much better!! Anxiety so much better, brain fog less, general aches/pains less and not so hot at night! I’ve been so happy with the results that I already have the next 3 months supply! I can’t believe how much these have helped in such a short space of time (1 month now). If you’re feeling ignored, pushed aside and truly believe you’re perimenopausal then I insist you give these a try! I’ve been struggling for a few years now and wish I’d have known about these sooner!
