Still early, but really think they make a difference

I honestly didn't realise that taking HRT could effect my nutrient levels until very recently. I wanted to take a supplement, but wasn't sure out of all the Peri supplements out there which one would be best for me, and then I found these. 🙌

We looked at over 100 research papers to understand the nutritional needs required when taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and also the typical dietary intake of women.
