How to use

I have been using these for a number of months now and I can only say that it has been completely life changing for me. The difference they have made to all of my menopause symptoms has been huge and I (and my family) can’t thank you enough.

I have been taking this product for six months and noticed a lot of my symptoms had improved. A holiday interrupted my supply and I immediately noticed a return of some symptoms. This product certainly works for me.

The day & night combo works well for me, my symptoms have been alleviated. They work best for me when taken away from any coffee or black tea. So I now postpone my coffee to mid morning, while taking the tablet after breakfast and lunch.
