I've been taking the perimenopause vitamins for 6 months and feel more even and less up and down. Sleep really well, was taking valerian root but this is better as doesn't leave foggy feeling next morning

I was also very sceptical about these and read most reviews still not really believing some of the results stated . Well let me tell you these have changed my life . I'm almost back to myself .After spending months feeling like I was losing myself ./hot flushers / mood swings /tired and miserable all the time . . The price does seem alittle steep however the results speak for themselfs . I take my first one with an evening primrose supplement .the results began to shine through within the first week .

I've been using the day and night supplements for around 3 weeks and I can honestly say that I've seen some improvements already. I had a telephone consultation with my GP, who advised I should look on the NHS website to help me make a decision on whether or HRT would work for me! Not the answer I was hoping for! My sleep was diabolical. I was having around 8 hot flashes a day and about 3 to 4 at night. My brain fog was worrying to the point I was starting to feel like there was something wrong with me. I decided to give these a go. I have the odd hot flash, my brain fog is better and, although I don't think I will ever sleep through the night, I can fall asleep without too much trouble. I've just got to work on staying asleep! It's early days but even my husband has noticed a difference in me.
My only 'problem' is remembering to take the second day tablet. If I could just take 1 in the morning and the sleep tablet in the evening, it would suit me better. I'm sure I'll get in a pattern soon.

Wanted to write a review as I spent a long time reading reviews prior to purchasing. Been peri-menopausal for several years and was coping OK (had night sweats, bad period pains, brain fog and suffered with hormonal headaches and migraines, but have had the latter most of my life anyway). Then two or three months ago I realised that I just really wasn’t sleeping as well as I thought I was as I felt drained all the time. Also, I started with hot flushes and the headaches got much more frequent again. I started taking the day and night bundle and after a few days I noticed an improvement in my sleep. After three weeks, I stopped having hot flushes pretty much altogether, the headaches settled down to a more manageable frequency and I don’t feel as tired. It seems a lot to spend and I can be quite cynical, but I’m convinced these are helping. I’d probably score them 5 out of 5, but it’s too early to be 100% sure that it’s not just a coincidence…
