Helps so much for PMS and hormone stabilisation throughout

Total game changer

I’ve been taking these for two months now and, for me, they’re a total game changer. I’ve always experienced premenstrual symptoms, but over recent months had noticed that my mood swings were turbo charged! I was so angry and snappy and full of rage at the slightest thing. I felt out of control! I felt sorry for my husband and son. That’s why I decided to start taking these. Since taking them I have already seen a massive difference. I have now had two periods and in the run up to these my rage has disappeared! My mood is much more stable and I feel like I’m back in control of my emotions. I also feel like I have more energy. Seriously, they’ve definitely worked for me so if you’re not sure just give them a try.

Loved these tablets!

I never write reviews but had to add one for these. Theyve honestly been such a life saver. Ive always had horrific cramp and insanely irregular periods due to suspected PMDD and PCOS. I tried these tablets for a while and noticed my first cycle wasn't painful (first time in 15 years!) I had a break from them for a while (kept forgetting to buy a new bottle) But for the past five months I have been religious at taking them 3 weeks out of the month. (I have a wee break post period due to the ashwagandha) and they have made me so much more regular, help ease a lot of the on the day of my period pain (still working on the sore **** and breathlessness I get in the run up!) If your period is delayed these and a vitamin C dispersible helps so so much. I've gotten from 50 days to 29-32ish. It's so nice feeling like I'm in control of my body and having a healthy cycle. I also notice I'm more likely to ovulate too, which I did so rarely before, which will be a massive help when I start IVF with my wife. The first time I've bought a supplement over 2 or 3 times, please never stop making them!

I’ve struggled for years with incredibly bad PMT symptoms which I’ve tried to control with birth control and SSRIs, none of which worked. I’ve been taking these for a month, alongside magnesium. For the first time in years my period came and went with zero drama- no rage, agonising pain, tears, bad skin. It was also a lot shorter than usual. I can’t actually believe the difference and how quickly it’s happened!

Amazing for PMDD !

I started the pms tablets a year ago. When my pmdd symptoms were unbearable and were affecting my work life. Ilperiods became regular, I felt less angry and irritated and less fatigued. Funnily enough when I stopped taking them, all my severe pmdd symptoms came back so now I’m starting them again :)

Can I take the Health & Her Premenstrual Supplement with the Health & Her Perimenopause Supplement?

This is not recommended. Our Premenstrual Multi-Nutrient Supplement and Perimenopause Supplement both contain sources of iron, and although iron is an essential mineral, most people do not require more than the daily recommendation of 14mg. Long-term consumption of more than the recommended daily amount (NRV Nutrient Reference Value) could cause adverse health effects, and therefore it is not suitable to take both supplements together.
