Our policy is designed to make it easy and hassle-free to return something if it’s not right for you.
We happily offer a return period 45 days from placing an order to return a product. We accept products back if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. The following types of goods are exempt from being returned due to EU hygiene regulations:
- Any intimate underwear items
- Sanitary goods including pads, liners and menstrual cups
There are also certain situations where we will not be able to refund or exchange:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item that has been opened or the tamper seal removed
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery
Return by post
Pack up your items along with your invoice or your receipt, and return to us at:

We always suggest tracking or using a courier to return items and can’t take responsibility if an item gets lost on its way back. It is your responsibility to pay for the cost of return postage. If we have made an error in our dispatch or if the item received is faulty, we will refund this cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will begin the process of checking the item to process your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
We can offer a credit or a product swap if you aren’t happy with a product and it is in a re-saleable condition. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account after 10 days – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Do get in touch with us at [email protected] after 10 days of us confirming your refund if there is an issue.
Where a product has become faulty and is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty – the manufacturer will accept your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase and resolve any issues for you.
