EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are two types of omega-3 fatty acids. Our bodies are not efficient at making these two types of Omega-3, so these fatty acids are best obtained through diet and supplementation.

Sources of DHA and EPA include oily fish and algae.

Consuming the suggested dose, 3 capsules, in one serving is preferable. You can take capsules alongside food at any point in the day, together or separately (if you have problems digesting oil). Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours.

We suggest you take this supplement every day. Whilst some nutrients are absorbed and can take effect quickly will have an accumulative effect over time. Best Health outcomes are seen when omega fats are present in the diet daily

If you are on any anti-clotting or blood thinning medication we recommend that you check with own GP before taking if you take this type of supplement.

This depends on your diet and the health benefits you seek. It is important to consider the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6. Our formulation has a ratio of Omega 3,6,9 of 2:1:1 which will help support levels for health.
