Wonderful product

This is a great product. Hot flashes are very well managed when I take this regularly. I have been taking this for over a year and had a short lapse in use and my hot flashes returned. Now I keep several months worth on hand. My mental function and energy are returning to what they were when I was much younger. I can’t recommend this enough

Great for hot flushes & night sweatd

These are great for night sweats - I’m no longer getting woken up four or five times a night! Also help during the day. Unfortunately not helping with joint pain and aching muscles though - still looking for something that helps there.

I have been using close to 9months which is a big change for me. ever sense my hot flashes became unbearable I have tried 5 other products all having amazing results first month and half by third month they did nothing for me. A reasonably priced supplement that works

I have been taking the Perimenopause supplements for some months now and I could not be without them. They stop hot flushes and my mood swings (to a level, I mean I am only human 🤣). Highly recommend - we are being bombarded everywhere by menopause products but this is not ridiculously expensive and honestly works.
