How to use

Directions for use:

Take up to 2 capsules daily: Ideally with food.
We recommend starting with 1 capsule per day and gradually increasing to 2 capsules daily.

Is it best to take 2 caps of the Health & Her Perimenopause Biome Supplement at once, or 1 cap twice per day?

1 cap twice per day, with food, is preferable but please take both together if this is easiest for you. It is better to take two together rather than not at all!

Why do you recommend building up to 2 capsules per day?

Some people with sensitive digestive systems may experience loose stools and/or more frequent bowel movements by taking 2 capsules straight away. In this instance, we recommend taking 1 capsule for the first few weeks before increasing to the full dose of 2 capsules daily.
