I was shocked!!

As many women on here I was suffering from hot flashes, night sweats, no libido on and on and on. I’m 38 and it’s been a horrible transition into perimenopause symptoms. When I got these online I was like “welp, here goes nothing” - but to my surprise ONLY a week in and I can feel the difference! I first I was like no way maybe it’s a placebo effect, but even my husband started noticing less hot flashes, and me being cold all the sudden, and he’s noticed the change in libido suddenly lol. I haven’t slept like this in soooo long. I truly want to cry at the thought that it just gets better from here! Only a week in I can’t believe this! I will come back in a few months to post an update. This is a holy grail now and no way will I ever go back. If you’re on the fence like I was please just try it! Good luck!

Fantastic product !

Been taking these for 6 months now and honestly they have been amazing ! I was having really bad anxiety and terrible joint pain and my moods were just awful ! I would say I'm 90% better honestly i would recommend these to anyone it did take a good 5/6 weeks for me to see the benefits but well worth sticking with them .

Working wonders for me!!!

After trying HRT and it not suiting me, I was recommended Health & Her Perimemopause supplements by a friend. Well, I was sceptical at first, having also tried lots of alternatives so really wasn’t expecting too much. However, after only 1wk my night sweats stopped!!! And after only a few weeks my whole body felt much better, less achy joints, more energy and just like my pre perimenopausal self. These have definitely been a game changer for me. I’m now on subscription so I never run out ❤️

Fantastic! Does what it says!

I’ve been taking these for 5 months now and can honestly say they have changed my life, I used to count myself lucky if I got 4hrs sleep a night now I sleep almost every night 6-8 hrs, my period cramps are if none at all to bearable rather than excruciating, my mood is so much better and the brain fog has lifted a little too. All in all I feel better in myself and that makes life a whole lot easier. Thank you!!!
