How to use

Directions for Adults:

DAY: Take 2 capsules daily of Premenstrual Multi-Nutrient Support, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, ideally with food.

Avoid caffeinated drinks near the time of consumption as they can interfere with the absorption of the ingredients.

EVENING: Take 1 capsule an hour before bedtime with food as part of a relaxed routine.

Yes. Our premenstrual supplements contain natural and vegan sources of vitamins and minerals and all-natural botanical herbs.

Can I take the Health & Her Premenstrual Supplement with the Health & Her Perimenopause Supplement?

This is not recommended. Our Premenstrual Multi-Nutrient Supplement and Perimenopause Supplement both contain sources of iron, and although iron is an essential mineral, most people do not require more than the daily recommendation of 14mg. Long-term consumption of more than the recommended daily amount (NRV Nutrient Reference Value) could cause adverse health effects, and therefore it is not suitable to take both supplements together.
