These technologies are used for tracking, advertising, analytics, and personalization and optimization of the Service.

a. Cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer.

  • Persistent cookies remain on the user’s computer after the browser has been closed.
  • Session cookies exist only during a user’s online session and disappear from the user’s computer when they close the browser software.

You can instruct your browser to stop accepting cookies. But if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use all portions or all functionality of the Service. Please see www.allaboutcookies.org for additional information about cookies.

b. Web Beacons. Web beacons or tags (small images embedded into websites or emails that send information about your computer when you visit the Service or open an email we send to you) can be used by either us or a service provider, third party, and/or other party.

c. Persistent Device Identifiers. Persistent device identifiers are unique strings that are associated with the mobile device that you use to connect to the Service. Persistent device identifiers can be modified or disabled by sophisticated users.

d. Advertising Identifiers. Advertising identifiers are unique strings associated with your mobile device provided by the operating system. Your mobile device settings may provide functionality to limit use of the advertising identifier associated with your mobile device for interest-based advertising purposes.

e. Service providers, third parties and/or other parties may collect personally identifiable information about an individual user’s online activities over time and across different Internet services when a user uses the Service.

g.Ad Networks. We use service providers, third parties, and/or other parties, such as network advertisers, to serve advertisements on other websites or other media (for example, a social networking service). This enables us and these service providers, third parties, and/or other parties to target advertisements to you for products offered by us and products and services offered by service providers, third parties, and/or other parties in which you might be interested. Ad network providers, advertisers, sponsors, and/or traffic measurement services may use cookies, JavaScript, Web beacons, and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content to you. These cookies and other technologies are governed by each service provider’s, third party’s, and/or other party’s specific privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy. This is called interest-based advertising. We may also share email addresses of users with these service providers, third parties, and/or other parties to facilitate interest-based advertising to those or similar users on other online platforms.

Users in the United States may opt-out of many ad networks. For example, you may go to the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Consumer Choice Page at http://optout.aboutads.info/#!/ for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and choices regarding having information used by DAA companies at http://digitaladvertisingalliance.org/participating. You may also go to the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) Consumer Opt-Out Page at http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#!/ for information about opting out of interest-based advertising and choices regarding having information used by service providers, third parties, and/or other parties who are NAI members at https://www.networkadvertising.org/participating-networks.

Opting out from one or more companies listed on the DAA Consumer Choice Page at http://optout.aboutads.info/#!/ or the NAI Consumer Opt-Out Page at http://optout.networkadvertising.org/#!/ will remove you from those companies’ delivery of interest-based content or ads to you, but it does not mean you will no longer receive any advertising through the Service or on other websites. Even if you opt-out from one or more companies listed on the DAA Consumer Choice Page or the NAI Consumer Opt-Out Page, you may continue to receive advertisements, for example, based on the particular website that you are viewing (i.e., contextually based ads). Also, if your browsers are configured to reject cookies when you opt-out on the DAA or NAI websites, your opt-out may not be effective. Additional information is available on the DAA’s website at www.aboutads.info or the NAI’s website at www.networkadvertising.org.

h. Do Not Track. At this time, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals sent from Web browsers or other mechanisms that provide users the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about an individual user’s online activities over time and across service provider, third party, and/or other party Internet services.

An SDK is third party computer code that may be used for a variety of purposes, including to provide us with analytics regarding the use of our mobile application, to integrate with social networking services, add features or functionality to our mobile application, or to facilitate interest-based advertising.
