Health & Her PLUS+ contains 60 capsules and 30 tablets. Health & Him Male Fertility contains 60 capsules. Each supplement provides a 30-day supply.

Both bundles contain the same Health & Him Male Fertility Multi-Nutrient Support. The difference is the Health & Her formula included.

PLUS+ provides 1 g of myo-inositol and 500 µg of folic acid and is developed for women who have been trying to conceive for 12 months or more. It is also carefully formulated to be suitable alongside combined hormone therapy during IVF. The Original formula provides 400 µg of folic acid and is positioned for women who are beginning or continuing their trying-to-conceive journey. 

Women and men have different nutritional needs when trying to conceive, so the bundle combines two distinct formulas. 

Health & Her PLUS+ contains 1 g of myo-inositol, 500 µg of folic acid, zinc and a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals. 

Health & Him Male Fertility contains selenium and zinc alongside vitamins, minerals and botanicals. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, while selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis. 

We recommend Health & Her Fertility & Conception PLUS+ Multi-Nutrient Support for women who have been trying to conceive for 12 months or more. If you are preparing for IVF, we recommend starting around three months before treatment begins. 

Health & Him Male Fertility Multi-Nutrient Support can be started at least three months before trying to conceive, or as soon as you begin trying for a baby.

The two supplements are taken separately, with each partner following the directions for their respective product. Health & Her Fertility & Conception PLUS+ Multi-Nutrient Support is taken as two capsules and one tablet daily with food, ideally with breakfast.

Health & Him Male Fertility Multi-Nutrient Support is taken as two capsules daily with food, ideally with breakfast.

Health & Her Fertility & Conception PLUS+ has been carefully formulated to be suitable for women taking combined hormone therapy during IVF.

Always check supplements with your fertility clinic before taking them alongside IVF medication. Suitability alongside combined hormone therapy does not mean that the supplement has been shown to improve IVF success or treatment outcomes. 

Both included supplements are comprehensive multi-nutrient formulas, so additional supplements may not be necessary.

Health & Her Vegan Omega for Conception, Pregnancy and Into Early Motherhood may be considered alongside Health & Her PLUS+ if the woman taking it does not eat oily fish twice a week.
