We’ll take look into any Price Match Promise claim as long as you’ve made the purchase with healthandher.com and it meets certain conditions, including:

– The lower price found is available for purchase for the exact item (same colour, pack size, etc)

– The lower price is in the same currency

– The lower price does NOT include loyalty points or ‘reward’ type programmes

– You let us know about the claim within 24 hours of completing your healthandher.com purchase

We can’t offer our Price Match Promise when:

– The lower price is no longer available when we look into your claim (within 24 hours)

– You’ve cancelled your order with healthandher.com

How to make a claim

Making a Price Match Promise claim is simple. If you’ve bought the product from us within the last 24 hours then just email us at contact@healthandher.com stating the following:

– Make it clear that this is in relation to a Health & Her Price Match Promise claim

– Provide your order number with healthandher.com

– Please state the specific product your claim is regarding

– State the total price you saw elsewhere

– Provide link for the product you found elsewhere
