Our policy is designed to make it easy and hassle-free to return something if it’s not right for you.

We happily offer a return period of 45 days from placing an order to return a product, if the product is: unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact.

Please note that once your return is received, we will begin the process of checking and inspecting the item(s). 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account after 10 business days of us confirming your refund – it can sometimes take time for your refund to be processed and completed.

Where a product has become faulty and is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty – the manufacturer will accept your invoice or receipt as proof of purchase and resolve any issues for you.
