Amazing

I’ve been taking these for over 8 months, and honestly, I had forgotten just how bad I used to feel without them. That was until this week, when I ran out and hadn’t reordered in time. After just five days without them, all my old symptoms came rushing back,brain fog, anxiety, and hot flushes. It was awful. I won’t be making that mistake again! Thankfully, they arrived yesterday, and I already feel the difference. I absolutely love this product and genuinely recommend it. I don’t usually write reviews, but if this helps even one other woman feel better, then it’s worth it.

More painful periods

I have been taking these for 4 months. I am 40. I noticed one month into taking them that my periods are more painful. I have more cramps. These really help with PM symptoms. But I'm worrying if I should stop because of my periods.
